This Ontario-specific module trains private security personnel — regardless of Use-of-Force certification — to deter theft, recover property, and remove unwanted persons using communication, store policy, and the law (Trespass to Property Act & Criminal Code s.35). No physical arrest required.

A 20–30 minute foundational module for new security guards and LP agents in Ontario. Covers the legal framework governing arrest powers, the 5-step LP arrest process, the Gold Rule of Continuity, Charter rights, and use of force — with interactive scenario-based challenges throughout.
